The pressing question, are we open? Short answer is, yes and no.

There is enough coverage north of Brackett Rd and Old Bay Rd for Mike to do some grooming on Corr 22 and Tree Farm Trail. Anything south of those two roads are to thin and/or have open water and mud.

So, everything south of the aforementioned roads are CLOSED. What is open, will not take much abuse, so ride easy and enjoy the views.

There is limited parking at the town beach parking lot and the end of Brienne Rd.

Looks like we will finally be receiving some measurable snow over the weekend. Unfortunately, for the safety of our riders, we will not be opening our trails Sunday, even if we get more than 6" of snow. Recent mild temperatures have allowed the ground to thaw, and we have a few areas that will not support much, if any traffic. Our experience tells us that opening the trails in these conditions will cause riders to get stuck in the soft areas, requiring the assistance of the club or a tow company to get their machine(s) out. We hope that if these areas are left alone for now, that by the next significant snowfall we will be able to open the trails.

Thank you, PMSC Trail Crew

TRAILS ARE CLOSED. Can’t believe we have to say it, but appears we need to. Not only do you risk a fine and damage to your sled, but you risk closing our trails down before they even open!
